Extensive Open store remodel. Five night schedule. Scope includes restroom rework with ADA compliance work, lobby, dining, LED lighting , ceiling, floorcovering, electronic menu system, POS and data, back prep line equipment installation, exterior building signage and awning coordination and new interior signage.
- Full restroom demo and remodel.
- Kitchen equipment relocation and installation. Electrical and plumbing.
- Installation of new Cree interior LED lighting package.
- Add power, POS terminal and data locations.
- Ceramic flooring and carpet demo and replacement.
- Acoustic ceiling grid installation, ceiling tile and drywall ceiling rework.
- Paint, FRP and tile wall finishes throughout.
- New electronic menu system installation.
- Extensive graphics package installation.
- Coordination with owner's building signage contractor.
